Our rooms feature either a netted timber four poster double bed or canopied queen size bed, polished timber floorboards, ample wardrobe or cupboard space, a table or dresser & chairs, curtained opening windows & may have a television.
Rooms have marble or glass en-suites: one guest room features a cast iron claw-foot tub & another has a separate black marble bathroom with twin showers.
Rooms are twin share doubles but we are able to accommodate up to 3 people in some rooms with an extra single bed.
Check in any time from 2 pm onwards - check out is at 10:00 am.
We also welcome pets under certain conditions - please contact us for specific information.
The house can sleep up to 8 people & it is possible to privately reserve the entire house for special occasions or functions. To find out more about pricing & availability, please contact us.
RATES & CONDITIONS
The house has 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms the rate starts from $600 to $1500 per night
During holidays & special events (including Easter, Christmas, New Year, Schoolies, Bluesfest, Splendour in the Grass etc.) rates are from $1500 per night and this can sleep up to 8 people.
Booking conditions:
There is a 3 night minimum for bookings. During holidays and special events this increases to a 7 night minimum for bookings.
To confirm bookings, credit card details are required (card transactions attract a 3% surcharge) & a 50% deposit is charged. Full payment is required upon arrival.
During holidays & special events, the entire amount for your stay will be charged upon booking.
For cancellations within 3 weeks, reimbursements are at the management’s discretion.
